The move will mark the end of an unhappy six months on the Hunter for Flores since joining the Jets in June 2014.
The 29 year old has played just five games for Phil Stubbins's team and was last Thursday granted a release to pursue his options abroad.
Flores praised the A-League club for allowing him to move.
“I will always be grateful to Newcastle Jets for believing in me during the most difficult time of my career. I have nothing but love and respect for the club, fans and staff and I will never forget the opportunity Newcastle Jets gave me.” the Argentine said.
“I will leave Newcastle Jets with great respect. I want to thank every member and supporter at the Newcastle Jets that showed faith in me and this is something I will always have in my heart”.
Flores made six appearances and scored one goal during his time at the Jets.
