Glory faces Adelaide in the last home game before the mid-season break and it will be an opportunity for Perth to inflict some revenge after its 1-0 FFA Cup final loss to United in December.
Adelaide however holds the upperhand against Glory.
The Reds beat high-flying Perth 2-0 in round 3 at Coopers Stadium but Glory defender Dino Djulbic said he was looking forward at playing the Reds for the first time at home.
"It's another big game for us. I'm looking forward to playing in front of a big home crowd, there's nothing like your fans cheering you on," he said.
"I'm excited, the boys are excited and it's really another must-win game for us. We do that and we set ourselves up nicely for the mid-season break."
With a win against United Glory would rewrite the record books.
Victory would see Glory register its ninth consecutive home win since 30 March.
The team has already equalled Melbourne Victory's record of eight consecutive home wins.
A win would also see the boys from the west remain unbeaten in 11 matches and maintain their lead at the top of the table since round four.
Adelaide comes to the match having only won two of its last six matches. More importantly the Reds have not won any their last six matches in Perth.
The game, originally scheduled for a 4.30pm start, has since been revised to a new kick-off time of 5.30 local time.
